The Hibiscus - Sunrise

It took a long time for my food to arrive, but the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the waiter offered us a complimentary round of drinks to make up for the wait. So, she definitely turned the experience around. I tried the fried wontons and the house special, and both were delicious.

Six of us went out for lunch today to celebrate my dad's 86th birthday. Everything was delicious, fresh, and plentiful. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. They even played a birthday song for him and brought out a slice of cake to mark the occasion. Everyone left feeling happy and satisfied.

I called ahead to order 4 roti skins, but when I picked them up, the server informed me that only 3 were available, which was fine. However, when I got home, I discovered they had given me the buss up roti instead. This was not what I asked for or paid for!

The food is incredible! Whenever I visit Florida from Connecticut, I always make it a point to stop by for Caribbean cuisine. The service is outstanding, and the staff is wonderful. I've been a fan of Hibiscus since their previous location and still am at their current one. I will definitely continue to support Hibiscus. Thank you! Ruth Food: 5/5

I had to wait a long time just to place my order for food and drinks, and it took even longer for them to arrive. The waiter wasn’t very knowledgeable about the menu, and I felt like I wasn’t a priority. It also took a while to get condiments. Overall, the customer service was lacking, but the food was excellent. Rating: 5/5 for the food.
