Bidrage med feedbackThe service at this restaurant was disappointing. It seems they excel mainly in their bar area, and even then, there are better options available. The food is only enjoyable if you’re quite intoxicated, and the service was the worst I've experienced. Don't bother voicing your concerns to the General Manager; he’ll just become defensive and go on a lengthy rant about how redeeming gift certificates and offering the Kids Eat Free on Tuesdays will hurt their profits. I always thought gift certificates were like cash! It’s no surprise the waitstaff's attitudes and service are lacking; it all seems to stem from the General Manager's demeanor.
We visited Quarterdeck on a Wednesday evening around 7:30 PM. The dining room wasn't very busy, so we were seated right away. Our server, Stacy, was fantastic and took excellent care of us. They had some enticing nightly specials, but we decided to stick to our favorite menu items. Our entrees arrived promptly. We ordered Loaded Nachos, which are consistently delicious, a Chicken Caesar salad, and wings. They participate in Restaurant.com, which is a plus since they've significantly raised their prices. The only downside to this Quarterdeck location is that it tends to be quite cold inside.
The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. I have an onion allergy, yet my plate arrived filled with them. When I reordered, the new dish was satisfactory, but I've had better ribs and wings elsewhere. The restaurant gets quite warm when all the sliding doors are left open. Despite these issues, it's a convenient spot to meet up with friends and try a variety of dishes, so I would consider going back. Overall, it was just okay, but they did rectify some of the problems fairly well.
