P.f. Chang's - Sunrise

Very busy because it was the day after Christmas. our blessing was excellent. eating was not as normal as expected. pasta was dry and the Mongolian bark was overcooked and also dry.

Tasted food, outstanding service... We came at 12:45pm the environment was excelente for shared and talked...

I scheduled our reservation, my mom went to check-in she stated that the hostess was not pleasant upon her arrival. The hostess stated that she couldn’t find our reservation however once I arrived it appeared that she was able to locate my name. Katlynn or Kaylynn was not attentive enough, it appeared that she was in a bit of a rush when taking our order. Our bowl of soup was just enough for 2 (stated that it feed up to 6), she gave us an excuse about the bowl size. We never received our green beans she never check on us to make sure everything was going well. However observed another server by the name of Tammy who appeared to be give excellent service… At any case the table were in disarray and the the restaurant appeared to be understaffed. I’m a PFChang rewards member, so I will be returning hopefully to better service.

Food is great as always. Our sever Ameen was amazing too very fast. He provided good customer service

Very disappointed at this P.F. Chang’s , the Mongolian beef was hard as rock . Bad experience .
