Embarcadero 41 Peruvian Restaurant In Florida Sunrise

I ordered to pick up an acevichado roll and a maki furai .. the last one, was fried in a super used oil, with a disgusting taste. Brown texture, cold and with 3 drops of sauce… 180degrees of what I remember when I ate in the restaurante. The acevichado roll was ok. Will no buy again here in a long term.

The food here is truly delicious!!! Loved the risotto with the Lomo! So much flavor and the meat was very tender.

Busy place, which is what you want in a sushi and/or ceviche bar! Some other big parties made for a slow start but overall service was very good. The 3-ceviche appetizer was perfect, different spice level on each. The triditero special was salmon based and very good. The shrimp and fish stir fry was good but not as flavorful as expected. Good house wine too. Definitely more to try on menu here!

One of the best peruvian restaurants in Broward. Large menu, many options. I enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere.

Let me start by stating that the food here is truly delicious but any experience can be ruined by mediocre service, and this was the case. My plate arrived COLD, almost ten minutes after they brought my friend’s plate. I was really excited about trying this place but service was not what I expected, especially with their prices. Plenty of choices for Peruvian fare in South Florida so I’d suggest trying other places with better service.
