Togo's Sandwiches - Sunnyvale

Togo’s is one of my go-to sandwiches places. This one is at good location and usually not too many people there. You order online and 15 minutes earlier, it is there waiting for you when you arrive. People are mostly nice.

I visited this location today and I Ordered a number 8 sandwich on sour dough for my lunch and the lady warmed it up and prepped it for me when I went to bite into the sandwich the bread was completely moldy on the outside i don’t how the worker didn’t see it I was lucky my coworker saw it and stopped me I couldn’t even get a free bag of chips for my trouble definitely not going back to this location

They were nice but can’t follow directions.Spent $34 on food for me and my husband but they couldn’t follow directions. Came home to find out that toppings asked for were not included.Also last time my husband went there the same thing happened.The employee needs to learn to listen to what the customer asks for.We will go somewhere else next time.

So after my first day of work I went here, because I was staying at the Extended Stay for the first couple days and some of the other places like Subway weren't open so, the next best thing or first, whichever you fancy... Togo's it was. THERE IS A FRIGGIN BAR in here! WHAT? I've never seen a bar in a togos before, it was pretty awesome. Staff is kind and helpful. It doesn't smell in there either.

Ordered through the app and was treating friends. Since I handed them my phone and said add what you want and I didn't know what they ordered. When i got back to the office, one of the orders was wrong- they forgot to add the avocado, which we all know is a pricey extra.
