Super Burrito - Sunnyvale

I have tried their Giant Super Veggie Burrito. It was great, better than a lot of other veggie burritos I have tried in Sunnyvale. The price point is also good for the portion size. My friend ordered Chicken Super Burrito and he mentioned it was nice as well. Love the spicy red sauce.

Super Burrito Taqueria is not only delicious, but it’s also conveniently located near my home. This family-run Mexican taqueria prepares food to order using fresh ingredients. I usually opt for a la carte options like chile relleno, chicken enchiladas, and a taco to share with my partner. The reason? The sauce is simply amazing. On this visit, I tried the chorizo gordita and shared some chicken taquitos with my parents. The gordita features a crispy exterior, and the combination of savory chorizo and creamy frijoles, topped with fresh greens, tomatoes, and queso fresco, is just perfect. The taquitos were freshly fried and came with guacamole, sour cream, greens, tomatoes, and Monterey Jack cheese. My father is a big fan of their menudo, which is clean and allows you to add your own salt level. It comes with tortillas (your choice of flour or corn), diced cilantro, onions, dried oregano, and lime wedges on the side. My mom enjoyed chorizo with eggs, rice, beans, and her choice of tortillas. I also love their orange, chipotle, and green tomato salsas. I highly recommend this place!

This is an updated version of my original review. I’m giving it a 5-star rating because I visit at least every other week, if not weekly. That must mean it’s good, right? It never disappoints. I’ve consistently ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito and have always been satisfied. After a little mishap with hot sauce in my car, I now request the sauce to be included in the burrito — a smart choice! I recently decided to try a tostada, and it was excellent. I would rate this place a solid 4, almost a 5-star establishment. Considering I've only been working in the area for 10 days and have already visited three times, that’s a great indicator. It’s definitely the best chorizo breakfast burrito I've had since moving to the Bay Area. I’m looking forward to enjoying many more burritos there!

I personally think their food is great. I would much rather spend my money here than at Taco Bell.
