Kfc - Sunnyvale

Chicken sandwich was horrible.. KFC use to be good years ago before the ingredients changed when transfats use to be allowed.. just doesn't have that good taste anymore

Bought a bucket of 12pcs dark meat. Drums were tiny and dry, obviously re-fried. I even found a dried 1/2 piece of thigh, absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all cost.

The customer service at this restaurant is very poor. I waited for 15 minutes to place my order, only to have it canceled because they were out of the product. I despise the staff and will definitely not be returning.

I went to this restaurant late at night and ordered the chicken tenders and wings. The tenders were very dry and small, while the wings were unpleasant and not fresh. The service was also rude and impatient. I would not recommend this place at all.

I came in for a late night snack and the food was terrible. The chicken pieces were small and seemed old, likely reheated. They had no flavor at all. The fries were decent. The service was average. It's no surprise that KFC is struggling and closing stores. I would recommend avoiding this place.
