Hunan Mifen - Sunnyvale

I always order to go and they will separate the soup and the noddle and they will also ask my arrival time so they can planned the time to delivery my order. So I could take home with warm food to serve without warm it up again. Thank you and will recommend.

Bad customer experience service from the host. I asked her for a spoon/utinsel. She looks at me and responds in a rude manner telling me no! At the same time she was passively pushing me out the door then took the door and closed it. I dont know if its maybe cause of how I looked/dressed but it was not a welcoming experience.

I have never been used to their rice noodles before, but recently they have introduced noodles as an option, which is great~ The portions are always quite large, and the meat is generous. It would be better if they could improve the cleaning.

I've walked by this place numerous times and the place is always busy, which is a good sign.The menu comes in the form of a.qr code so keep your phone handy. The decor is a bit drab and i could smell the cleaner they use to clean the tables so that took away from the atmosphere.I ordered the ribeye noodle bowl. It came super quick. The noodles were perfect temp but the meat itself was not all the way hot like the noodles.There was a decent amoit of grissle on the meat as well so it was not east to split the pieces up into smaller chunks.The wait staff never came to check on me or to see how i was throughtout the meal and while that was okay, it did feel a.little.off to me.
