Gong Cha - Sunnyvale

I absolutely love boba tea, and Gong Cha is my top choice for getting it. The tea is consistently fresh and flavorful, and the boba is cooked perfectly. I have experimented with many different drinks at Gong Cha, but my go-to options are the oolong milk tea and the earl grey milk tea with 3J. The oolong milk tea is creamy and rich, striking a perfect balance between sweet and savory. The earl grey milk tea with 3J offers a more subtle taste, but it is still delicious. I also admire that Gong Cha brews their teas fresh every 4 hours! The staff at Gong Cha is always friendly and helpful, willing to answer any questions and provide recommendations.

Terrible service. Super slow. If you value your time go collect the pearls, pasturize the milk, find the sugar, make ice cubes, and youll make ur drink faster. All jokes aside what a waste of time.Service: 1/5

Brown Sugar Lechata (less sweet) is like dessert in a cup — very flavorful and sweet. They were giving samples of the new mochi nuggets; of the three flavors (original, mango, cheese) mango was my favorite paired with the Lechata drink. The Panda Milk Tea is also good: I really like the white pearls (made with konjac); has a different texture from the regular black pearls.Service was friendly and efficient. There was a line to the door but we didn't wait too long for our drinks.

During the weekend, the wait time at this restaurant is excessively long, with customers waiting up to 20 minutes just to receive their drinks. The restaurant appears to be very understaffed.

Most of there drinks are very very good, but theres some i dont like. its a vice cool place to sit down and talk with friends at.
