Cold Stone Creamery - Sunnyvale

Today I went to that restaurant to get a large ice cream for everyone. I observed that the staff were adding melted ice cream into the container. I asked them not to add melted ice cream, but they argued that it would be fine if mixed with solid ice cream. I was not happy with the idea of buying watery ice cream instead of regular ice cream.

The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious, but it is on the expensive side. The wait time is usually short, and there is very limited indoor seating. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, free samples are not currently being offered.

The ice cream at this restaurant was excellent, it was like having a full meal!

Cold stone is still the plane to go for ice cream. There small size (like it) always seems more than usual. But the location is calm and relaxing. Not crowded. There are small ledges on the outside of the store to sit. Store is small and no placeto sit currently but it's homely. Staff is friendly. They also do online orders and in-store pick up. The location is setin a plaza so there's some other eateries that you can go to before or after Cold Stone.

We ordered their Cake Batter special don't remember the exact name! . Base ice cream, a piece of chocolate cake, lots of sprinkles and some chocolate sauce mixed well. Overall good but a bit sweet for my taste. We also got their creamy Bananaflavored ice cream which was good and adequately sweet.
