Bidrage med feedbackThis Subway has been around for over 20 years. I always go for the vegan “Veggie Delite” sub—no meat, no cheese, just on Italian bread. I spent a little over $7 for a footlong. It might seem a bit plain, but it’s tasty. The vegetables have a nice crunch, and the jalapeños add a good kick of spice.
After I confirmed that he called my phone, he still didn’t believe me after three attempts. He then suggested I call Subway myself and continued to argue with me. Eventually, he decided to make my sandwich, even after I showed him the app, the receipt, and explained my order. When he handed me my sandwich, I checked it and found it was missing the main ingredient—bacon. I had ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, but there was no bacon! His excuse for the omission was that I requested less ranch. I'm baffled. This was the most frustrating experience, and on top of wasting 20 minutes of my time, his initial attitude was unacceptable. It was the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and there were no other customers in the restaurant; he was the only one working. Asking for ID is reasonable, but how does a phone call confirm my order? What if I were an Uber Eats or Grubhub driver? How does saying, "I need to call to confirm your order," make sense when I have the app as proof? I will never order from this Subway again.
Terrible experience. This man cheated my family twice by refusing to accept an online order and failing to refund us after we had placed it. On another occasion, he double charged us. He was incredibly disrespectful and clearly doesn’t understand his own menu. For example, he insisted that the cold cut combo is all pork when it’s actually entirely turkey based. It’s not his place to make assumptions about our preferences or push his choices on us. I will never return to this restaurant and strongly advise others to steer clear as well.

Good food but some of them are rude. I asked for lite mayo they put allot of mayo for my liking. They didn't want to take my subways coupon. Everytime I pass by it's empty I wonder why????
