The customer service has really declined lately. They don’t even acknowledge when you’re waiting at the register to place an order; they just ignore you. We used to visit this location frequently, but not anymore. From now on, we prefer to go to the Dunkin' on 46th Street.
The employee who works in the morning doesn't really smile much.
Quick service. Went for smoothie and shakes at Baskin Robbins
This place is always slow !! You can place a Mobile order 30 minutes before you go pick up and it still won’t be ready. They are more focused talking to eachother than to make orders smh the worst
