Bidrage med feedbackI caught up with ian ho for a beef pho lunch in a bakery today. how interesting is that! as a cold wet morning hot suppen noodles are a perfect choice. the friendly owner/chef informs us that this is a regular bakery with bread, rolls, baked tasty, pastries and cakes. at the weekend there is a small menu that offers Vietnamese meals for breakfast and lunch. / our signature pho is served in eight minutes. it comes with a generous portion of fresh fruit sprout and basilikum. the bark broth is hot and tasteful. tasting the cut bark meat breeze and cut raw beef, I can say that these meats are very fresh. sown with fresh phonse and the obligatory (half) bark balls, this is a very satisfying bowl of beef pho. < br>/ I praise the chef and she suggests we try her Vietnamese coffee. great! as expected, her coffee is a big brew. this is an adept chef and I am confident that all their menu items are authentic and tasty. I would like to see that the menu is extended by further suppe nudelgerichte. and I can highly recommend the signature pho. Thank you. ho for her company and for this lunch with me.
Squeakenvorort / I had the subscript pho. it had a large suppe: robust beef aroma and sufficient aromatic. It also contained fresh nudel and I found the bark was fresh and was a good quality cut.Viet coffee (cold) was also quite good. strong, smooth and not too sweet. friendly, inviting service.Verdict: is worth the Saturday morning pilgrimage. NB: this year they serve only on Saturday the viet foods.
