Do not confuse yourself with the name nasi lemak. Call it more nasi kandar. Can watch lepak epl during the meal.

Personally, 'the taste ' now is exactly what I have tasted since the 70s, although now managed by the second third generations. It simply lived, especially when the rice meat / boiled egg was 'flooded' by its super special thick sweet hot engraving. Wonderful.

Good food, price slightly high but still acceptable

This is the Original one from Alor Setar. Other Royales are fakes. My father remembers the owner...as he used to eat at the original one in Alor Setar the past 50 years...
