Interesting menu with a beautiful selection of burgers and sides. I had a forellenburger with sweet potato frits and a whiskey cocheddar diving sauce. fries were very good, burger was ok (not the best I had and a bit overcooked for my taste, but not bad at all). I feel like the cook could have been more generous with the amount of hits on the burger. the sauce was ok, even though she tasted something like a little bit like a little bit. the interieur is also beautiful, as an industrial French bistro. overall I had a good experience. the food was delicious and the service is fast. if they are in town, I would recommend this place.

More beautiful place to have a quick bite or to cool over drinks. the waiter and bar offers were amazing. the pommes were a bit too salty. but it is not unusual in sweden. next time I'm not asking for salt.
