Tim Hortons - Sundre

Worst tim hortons i have ever been to staff in incompetent .. cater to ddrive through ignored us for 10 mins served 4 to 5 ppl through drive through.

This restaurant is the worst. We waited at the counter ready to order and were completely ignored. After waiting for several minutes, we finally decided to leave. The service was awful and the staff were very rude. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

Line inside ignored for 5+ mins at a time, drive thru is what seems to matter here.

The customer service was horrible, the people serving us we acting like they hated there jobs, when we had looked at our order after we had left the drive through they gave us the wrong things and the bacon was horrible. We had made the decision to not go back and discuss this with the staff as it not the first time that they had got our order wrong and gave us horrible customer service.

Sundre Tim 's has gone very down hill in the last year. Food and drink quality is down, drinks aren 't full, and they park you unnecessarily when no one is in line or 1 car behind you to meet their times. I 've been forgotten completely, and waited up to 15 mins in the parking lot on a few occasions. Some of the staff is fantastic and provide great customer service while others are grumpy and seem to hate their jobs. I used to come regularly but now only go occasionally as I am frequently left unhappy with the quality or service.
