Harvest Moon Restaurant - Sundre

We decided to order takeout from Harvest Moon tonight and were pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent. We got a meal that included 3 spring rolls, chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken balls, chicken with vegetables, ginger beef, and lucky cookies. We have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Everything was delicious. The service was quick (20 minutes) and we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend Harvest Moon for anyone craving Chinese food.

My husband and I were craving Chinese food, so we decided to try out the Friday night buffet at this restaurant. Surprisingly, the place was nearly empty with only three other tables occupied. We were disappointed to find that there was very limited choices at the buffet. The food was mediocre and we only had a couple of drinks. The server was friendly, but we were surprised when we didn't receive a bill at the end of our meal and ended up paying around $50 for what we had consumed. For the price we paid, we expected a better selection of dishes. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience and will not be returning.

Good service. Food is affordable and they serve a lot. I can't always finish what I order so I can pack the rest for another meal. There is one thing I ask - I ordered Chopsuey 2x and the paprika were recycled? Everyone can say if they were left. Mine was a mixture of old and new paprika.

Ordered ahead to take back to our campground for 6 couples and had a ton of food. It is typical Chinese food but the small town service was great.Would recommend.
