The Wessington, - Sunderland

The convenience of this restaurant's location right in front of the A19 has led us to stop here for breakfast a few times on our way to Northumberland, often with my 90-year-old mother in tow. Eve and the rest of the staff have always been incredibly friendly and helpful, finding us a quiet table where my mother can sit in her wheelchair and checking to make sure everything is okay. My mother doesn't eat much, so the staff always kindly allow us to share our breakfast with her and even bring her a small plate. The service at this Brewer's Fayre is always delivered with a smile, and we can't fault the delicious breakfast and great value. We are now considering making this restaurant a regular stop on our holidays!

I visited this restaurant after a weekend getaway with my family. It is a beautiful and friendly place with delicious food and drinks at very affordable prices. I would definitely come back again.

My partner and I visited this breakfast restaurant, as always, it was great! We come here often and I have never had any issues. The personalized service and food were amazing. Can't wait to come back again soon!

I now have 5 out of 10 days in the attached premier inn and dining room in the wessington brewers fayre, with both breakfast and evening meal with them. the personal was an absolute joy and louise was everything they could ask...for in a host with the rest of the team as well as obligated.

Hosted my sons 5th birthday party Sunday and the kids had the best time. 90 mins play, 2 course meal and unlimited juice. The staff were fantastic, topping up juice, lighting the cake and cutting it, taking orders and bring all 17 meals out at...one time. I could not fault it. They even made a balloon decoration for the table. Great value for money, the kids loved it and the adults had plenty space to have a seat, drink or food. Son has already said he wants his 6th birthday party here so may be back next year and also while we were there another mam booked a party for there child. Will definitely be recommending to others.
