Bidrage med feedbackI encountered a staff member named Lynn who was very rude, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this behavior from her. As a result, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
A pleasant cafe with a variety of seating over three areas. There is a good range of food, at reasonable prices and service is quick. They have a few tasty treats for Christmas, providing you are prepared to forget about watching the wasteline. It is all well lit and the coffee has a decent taste. There are lockers for trolley storage but they do not have locking doors. I was particularly impressed to witness a member of staff, put his hand over his mouth, when he sneezed. He then went and immediately washed his hands. Much to be commended. All in all, it is a nice place for a refreshing break, either before or after shopping.
A group of us decided to grab lunch at this restaurant on the day of a sports match. The food was decent, but it was typical of what you would find at a casual cafe. One of our orders took a long time to arrive, about 25 minutes, while the others were served without any problems.
I feel the need to leave a very positive review as the staff here go above and beyond and should be recognised for doing so. It’s not the first time I’ve been in this particular caffe of late and have had a very happy experience.It wasn’t just the food and coffee which I very much enjoyed. It was a combination of things but mainly the helpful lovely staff was were serving. Even tho it was obvious that they had a busy day it was noticed that the staff mainly a lady who made a big effort ..and made me feel happy ,counted and cared for as a customer.It wasn’t just me ,I overheard a couple of ladies on the next table remarking on the quickness of there order and they were impressed. Just wanted to share my experience and show a little thanks and appreciation.
I went to this restaurant around 1 o'clock on a Sunday and was told there was a 30-minute wait. However, when we looked around, we noticed that most people were already eating and the restaurant was only a quarter full. As a result, we decided to go to Morrisons instead and gave them our business.
