Pizza Bella - Sunderland

I understand it's New Year's Day, but waiting an hour and a half for a £22 order only for it to arrive cold, forcing me to warm it up in the microwave because you only had one driver available, is unacceptable. We won't be ordering again.

I ordered from this restaurant on Boxing Day and was frustrated by their poor delivery service. They only had one driver available who wouldn't deliver more than half a mile away. If that’s the case, they should just offer takeout instead.

I ordered a chicken parmo, and the chicken was pink and definitely undercooked. There was barely enough salad to satisfy a snail. I will never go back.

I will never order pizza from here again. It was absolutely disgusting.
