Morrisons Sunderland Doxford Park Cafe

Never been to this cafe before, First of all the girl at the counter didn’t have the best customer service skills didn’t tell us that we had to go get our hot drinks our self untill our food came to our table all of the other Morrisons they bring it to the table i would of had no bad feelings about getting my own drink if she would have told me where the cups etc were! Table looked like it had been cleaned with a soiled rag which is absolutely vile considering your supposed to eat your meal of it!! The tea pots where stained with clart and the food tasted like dirty dish water absolutely appalling coming from someone who has experience in a 5 star restaurant! Chefs walking around looking bored but can’t pick up a clean cloth and great customers in the manor they should be treated with! Highly Disgusted.

No large cups available. No chicken available but won't tell you that till you get to the till with a drink already poured. Sauce sachets are handed out at the till and you're lucky if you get two. No salt, you have to ask for that at the till. Table not cleaned.

Called in for a breakfast 15/10/21. Cafe had not been open long and I was 2 customer. On arrival there was no one at the till to take the order and it took ages to eventually get served. Went to a table to wait for the order to find the table was not clean. There were crumbs and dried ketchup so went to another table and that was not much better so cleaned it myself. I could understand if it had been used before hand, but I must have been the first person to use it that morning. However the staff were very friendly and the food was good quality.

Meals in here spot on. Even better the half price breakfasts in september

No one is ever on the tills and their breakfast takes absolutely ages to arrive. When it does arrive it is lukewarm. Very slow staff. Never again.
