The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had! Order is now over an hour past first delivery time sent via text. The delivery time has now changed 6 times and I have called the Sunbury Ohio store now 5 times and been on on hold for a total of 22 mins. With no one wanting to answer my questions. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THE SUNBURY OHIO LOCATION!!!! This location is a joke and so is their employees. I will never give Pizza Hut a penny of my money ever again!
This is our pizza place. Always good food and great service. Thin crust pizza is the best here.
My kids are picky eaters, and they love Pizza Hut. As a result, we are frequent Pizza Hut patrons. They always take care of you here and if there's a mistake they'll make it right. We went to the Halloween buffet in costumes and they did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly and attentive, every one of them circling the buffet constantly checking on the food. They were friendly to us all, and really seemed to enjoy being helpful. The building, while dated, was very clean. We even all used restrooms before leaving and they were clean as well. They could use a new hand dryer in the women's bathroom, as the handle is broken, but it still works. Overall though, the kids acted like they had been taken to some over the top amazing place (which makes me feel like I probably need to get them out more, lol), and it was a really perfect experience added to our Halloween evening. The manager Melissa has to be one of the least sincere people I have ever talk to. Sent A survey after I ordered online. I was not happy with the order and so I took the survey, and I expressed that I was not happy with the quality of food that I received. The following day I received what appeared to be a lovely email from Melissa asking me to reach out to her so she can make this right. So the following day I called to talk to Melissa, Missy. I explained who I was and what the situation was and she asked me “well, what do you want?” I was like wow you reached out to me to reach out to you so you could make this right for me. So I said, I guess a replacement for the messed up pizza would be nice and also I would appreciate it if I could get cheese sauce when I ordered cheese sauce for the breadsticks Two times I have ordered cheese sauce for the breadsticks and I have been given marinara. She proceeded to explain to me that the cheese sauce is cold because they only use it for the nacho fries and that it’s not a regular menu item. I explained to her that in order to order breadsticks on her website, there is a drop-down bar to choose marinara or cheese sauce and that if it’s not a regular menu item then she should let her corporation know because it’s online as if it’s a regular menu item. She proceeded to talk over me and Argue with me. I told her she could keep her pizza and that I wouldn’t be back. I happen to make this phone call while I was in the car and it was on speaker and my 18-year-old son was in the passenger seat. And he asked me why did she even reach out to you and I told him it’s because the corporation made her it wasn’t sincere
