Literally the best Mexican Salvador food in the reno area. Their red sauce is amazing. El Paisano offers fast Mexican and Salvadoran food. Compared to other fast food spots serving similar cuisine, it ranks in the top 10. Parking can be difficult to find. I typically order ahead by phone. Prices are reasonable and the food is tasty. The only issue is the inconsistency in making pupusas - different workers use varying amounts of stuffing, resulting in a inconsistent product. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, service a 3, and atmosphere a 3.

This restaurant had the worst service and atmosphere. The staff was unfriendly and inattentive, and the overall ambiance was dull and uninviting. I would not recommend dining here.
