Bubbaque's Sun City - Sun City Center

I am from STL. Trust me when I say I know all about great ribs, and THESE are great ribs!! The smokiness, the amount of char, even down to the sauce (my favorite being sugar shack) y’all got it. HANDS DOWN!!!

Food was great. They’re serving in the parking lot during a remodel. I’m sure it’s even better when it full service in the building.

They are still outdoor dining only but said they will be opening soon. The menu is somewhat limited right now due to the makeshift kitchen.

5 stars+! My favorite place to go for great service, great food and a friendly atmosphere! Have been here many many times and food is consistently good. This is the friendliest place I’ve ever been to, whether you’re a regular or stopping in for the first time, they treat you like family. Oscar makes the best wings ever, Ryan, Jessica, Jenna, and Peggy are great. They have such a sunny disposition considering the weather they have put up with under the tent while the restaurant is renovated. And Oscar cooking in the summer heat in their temporary kitchen. Amazing. And never a complaint or a negative vibe. Go there. You will love it!!! Thanks for staying open during your renovations!!!!
