Subway - Sumner

Fredrickson Subway off 176th and Canyon Rd. EWas the one we used. Seating area tables were all dirty, where you can get drinks is dirty and napkin holder looks like it hasn 't been cleaned in years! The girls working were really friendly we went during lunch hours) Day Shift Supervisor James is RUDE and obviously needs to learn how to talk to customers as well as his Co-Workers! Didn 't see the policy over not accepting anything over a $20 bill. He yelled at the Lady who was ringing up order and yelled at My Husband saying if you looked it 's on the door where you come in as well as where you start ordering ! We tried the new Side Kicks Churro was not crunchy at all, Pretzel was good but was over cooked and they offer NO cheese, footlong Cookie was decent if you like a thicker gooey cookie.

Oh lordy where do i start. i walked in to order a sandwich and a foot long cookie and a foot long wee wee i only got one of those you can guess which i’ll tell you. it was the wee wee. i really wish that he wrapped it in sandpaper as it would’ve popped my hemorrhoids for me. anyways i really like the stems of the spinach picked off of my sandwich and i can only eat subway while watching skibidi toilet.

I dined in at this subway and the first thing i was told was there was a femboy edgemaxxing it in the bathroom. i was giddy to learn of such skibidi activities so i joined in and realized it was a homeless man shooting up fent. he asked if i wanted italian herbs and cheese or flatbread. i disregarded this information as i was taking a blinker of the penjamin and blowing it into his dirty unwashed hole. yeah i’m done im out well guys i guess that’s it *boom*Wheelchair accessibility: hail nah

My family tradition has been to order a subway party sub for our New Years event. We have tried to do this with so much drama over the years with various locations. This year we decided to give Sumner a go. They offered the 6ft party sub and I just wanted to say wow! Seriously, they knocked this order out of the park. We like to have all the toppings on the side lots of people and kids, no one can agree and they really set us up for success! We have NEVER had a subway meet and EXCEDE our expectations so much. Thank you! And we highly recommend.

Started out nice… customer and server was respectful; but when I asked for extra veggies, there was huffs and puffs and smart remarks. I didn’t respond to it, but my friend and I noticed the smart remarks and continued ignore it to order. Went to purchase, and there was more huffs and puffs and smart remarks… I don’t really do reviews on bad service, but the young lady was just not nice… kind of a passive aggressive kind of thing. I’ve worked at subway for 5 years (yes I’m bringing that up) , because I would not speak to my customers that way .. I was completely respectful .. I’m not saying that the server wasn’t, but the side comments were not Necessary..… I still like this location, honestly she is probably just having a bad day…November 5th, 2023 11:10AM.
