The staff seemed overwhelmed while preparing my order, which is understandable, but both of my burritos were messy and not properly wrapped. Additionally, the cashier charged me for an item I didn't order, but I caught the mistake when I checked my receipt. When I tried to call the restaurant to share my concerns, no one answered the phone.
I would rate this restaurant similarly to Tambell because it often feels a bit unclean. The chips are consistently disappointing, and the steak is just average. However, it remains a decent choice after my bike rides.
The restaurant was clean, and the staff were attentive to my needs and requests. However, I found that the white rice was poorly prepared; it had a muddy texture and a strong acidic flavor that overwhelmed the other dishes. The taste and seasoning were quite unbalanced and not enjoyable.
The food is good and exactly what one would expect from a moe. The staff really needs to concentrate less on dilating their eyes and perhaps a little more on their customer service skills. How often do I have to ask for a middle Queso before the highs get it.
I?m not one to post bad reviews, but I?m having trouble understanding how a place like this can screw up so often. Two visits in a row now I have some how been given the wrong order, which means someone else also didn?t get what they ordered. The orders are literally in a line and marked? so how does this happen?? Am I supposed to open up my burrito every time to make sure it?s the right one before I leave the restaurant? Wasn?t even busy either times. Don?t think I?ll be back.
