Bidrage med feedbackI order a chicken club sandwich with potato salad and It was delicious. Very well prepared and served. The reason why I give 4 stars is because cleanness is very important. The restaurant looked dirty specially the floor. There were a good amount of dirty tables with trash on them and the patio had trash flying all over. It is a nice spot and the food is good but they need to tight it up a little with the cleaning, specially now with this pandemic.
This is my second time coming here after ordering curbside and my order being “lost” or “not in the system” and I have to wait at least 10 minutes before even receiving assistance (both times I’ve had to call in . This time I’m particularly upset because instead of my order being cancelled and refunded it was rushed and not prepared correctly. Pictured is what is suppose to be a chicken caesar salad (slimy and sloppy w/ four slimy pieces of chicken??? and a McAlister’s club (which is clearly missing bacon .
Seriously , the two girls behind the counter were rude! One taking orders and one expediting the food. Whenever a customer would walk up to get a refill on their drink, the one girl constantly rolled her eyes. You could tell she didn't want to be there! The floors were disgusting, food and grime all over it. Seriously need a good mopping. The food, soup and sandwich were delicious. The new rolled dogs, disgusting and overcooked. The fruit bowl was not fresh fruit. Sweet tea is absolutely delicious! My thoughts if the dining room was filled with trash food on the floor in everything else. What would the back kitchen look like? Not the food place that I enjoy eating at.
Ordered $80 worth food for company party and nothing was correct. When asked to speak with the manager to have it fixed he refused to deal with it and demanded his cashier give us a refund as he watched me waiting from his window. Thanks Michael for your rude and unprofessional attitude over the food your employees messed up P.s. all we wanted was what we paid for. Instead another company benefited from your poor attitude. A company who ordered from y 'all once a week will no longer spend our money in your establishment...
I placed my order online and followed the directions in my email to let them know I was there, I waited 20 mins and had to call them about my food. The lady walks out with my food and I asked if their system was working. She said she didn’t know but they are short staffed. I tried being nice because I know how it is to be short staffed. I get home and the chicken Caesar salad I ordered had 3 think strips of chicken and no dressing. I even paid extra for dressing and still didn’t get any dressing. Called to store and they said they can’t do anything about it unless I wanted to drive back up there and get it. I spoke to the manager and while I’m in middle of conversation she hung up on me. Called back and the one that answered hung up on me when I asked for manager again. I called again to get the names of the manager and she tried refusing to give me her name because it’s personal Information. Not like I’m asking for an address just want the first name. After 5 mins she finally gave it to me after asking someone if it’s ok. (Coliega is the Manager however you spell it) and Mike is the GM. Mike was too busy to talk to me. I will not give them another dime of my money. It shouldn’t have even went this far but after they hung up in me for no reason, I thought it was very unprofessional. I know why they are short staffed. I took a picture of one of the potatoes I ordered. I scraped the inside out to show that it’s so burnt you can even eat any of it because it takstes burnt.
