Logan's Roadhouse - Summerville

Waitress was good, food was good. Came in because I received a coupon from corporate to get a free appetizer or dessert. Of course instead of the manager honoring it we cannot use it because it's not a corporate owned store, franchise. Good customer service would have been to say well we are not supposed to honor this but we'll go ahead and give you your item free. Again just thinking good customer service. Manager really should have been the one to come tell us not sending her waitress to break the news. nothing is we went ahead and ordered dessert but it was never brought to us either!! Don't think we will be back.

Overall a good place to eat. Fair price for good food. Server was attentive. He keep the water coming. Food took a little long to come out by was done the way we asked. The new covid rules didn't change the experience. We enjoyed it.

We had the onion petals appetizer and it was great. The batter was crispy and sauce very tasty. The chicken tender breading was very good and each piece was cooked perfectly. My husband said the ribs were the best he had in a long time. Our girls had large burgers and each said they were cooked well and really good.

My food was pretty good and hot which is important. My brother's food was not as great as mine. He ordered one of thing but got another. They fixed it and comped the meal. Waitress was nice and attentive

We have never been to Logan's and we are so glad we decided to come here for dinner tonight! Everything thing was amazing....the filet, the sirloin, and the burger! But the best part was the service we received from Kirk! Such a nice guy and great sense of humor! Thanks for the wonderful time, Kirk! We will definitely be back to see you again! Merry Christmas!!
