The food is excellent, the service is attentive, and it's a local business. The BBQ is particularly tasty, and my wife also raves about the catfish. I highly recommend this place!

The prices are fair, and I really appreciated the friendly servers. Parking was also quite convenient! However, I have to concur with another reviewer regarding the barbecue—it wasn't the best I've ever tasted, but it certainly wasn't the worst either. Considering the price, it was satisfactory, which is why I'm giving it a four-star rating. On a positive note, the hash and rice were fantastic! I should also mention that locating this place can be a bit challenging; you might miss it if you're relying only on Google Maps. Lol.

Without a doubt, this is the best barbecue I've ever had! It's pretty much the only place I'll eat hash and rice from as well. My child typically dislikes onions, but even he can't get enough of their onion rings. The portion sizes for all their meals are massive!

Although I'm not a big fan of coleslaw, I must admit theirs was quite good—not overly drenched in mayonnaise and served cold, which I find much more appealing than at room temperature. The portion sizes were substantial; I had more pulled pork than I could finish, so I shared some with my husband and still had leftovers. I found the pricing reasonable as well; the Big Joe platter was just $12.50. Overall, I look forward to visiting again. Just a heads up, according to their Google listing, the restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m., but dine-in service ends at 8:00 p.m., while the drive-thru remains open until 9:00 p.m.
