East Bay Deli Summerville

I love the variety of food options at this restaurant. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially to children. Tuesdays are designated as "kid evenings" where children eat free with the purchase of an adult meal. The restaurant also hosts special events that are enjoyable. Overall, the food is delicious and worth trying.

Two sandwiches were made incorrectly and it took 20 minutes to fix the mistake. I informed the manager that because I had to wait for the missing items, my sandwich was cold. She responded by saying that the sandwich was cold, but I felt that the temperature of the bread when I initially ate it was irrelevant.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and helped me choose a delicious sandwich. Keep up the good work!

Went ot east bay deli in Carnes Crossing. Ordered at 10:50am and got my to go order at 11:30am. People who had arrived after me had all left with their food. I did not even get an apology but just got the order handed to me. Not even a thank you for your order. I will not go back at lunch

My friends ordered takeout from here because we have covid I can’t have gluten and she asked for Caesar salad without croutons. At first they told her no…which is crazy. It’s not asking for a difficult substitute. It’s literally just leaving an ingredient out. It’s lettuce and chicken. But anyways they agreed they could do it. I get my salad. Croutons all over it. And not just big ones I could pick out. Tiny ones tossed into the whole salad. So I just had to eat an apple for dinner. I understand the service industry is struggling but this is just listening/paying attention skills.
