Located a bit off the main street in downtown, Jars of Clay Cafe is a charming and affordable spot. A large coffee only cost me $1.70, and the café was clean and well-maintained. If you're looking for gourmet food and coffee, this might not be the place for you. It has more of a homey, comfort food vibe, like visiting your grandma's house. The coffee is a bit weak in flavor but you get plenty of it. The staff was friendly and seemed eager to welcome more customers. It felt like a local hangout rather than a tourist spot, which is a shame because I enjoy meeting locals at cafes. Overall, Jars of Clay Cafe is a cozy spot tucked away on a quiet side street.
