Crown & Anchor Lounge - Summerside

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, and the customer service is outstanding.

The fisherman's platter is delicious and offers great value for the price of $19.

Not a bad restaurant for being connected to a hotelPrices were quite reasonable and the menu was extensive.

My wife and I enjoyed an excellent dinner at the Crown & Anchor in the Loyalist Country Inn. The Seafood Chowder was the best I have ever had. It had lots of seafood and it was not loaded with potatoes. That's the way seafood chowder should be. The service was very friendly and fast and another great feature was the nice music in the background. Not too loud; no commercials, and great. It was not the ****-rap/noisy commercial radio station stuff' that many restaurants have. I plan to go there again if I am in Summerside for a dinner.

We had dinner here this past Friday, late afternoon. The service was very good. Our waiter went out of his way to see that we were satisfied. My striploin steak sandwich arrived on the rare side and I had ordered it well done. He immediately returned it to the kitchen and was very attentive while I waited. It was worth the wait. It was delicious, and so were the sweet potato fries. My husband enjoyed his surf 'n turf special of the day; and, we enjoyed our glasses of wine. We would definitely return. Thank you for the great service!
