Tim Hortons - Summerland

When it comes to Tim Hortons, customers expect hot coffee, quick service, clean restrooms, and friendly smiles. This restaurant delivers all of that.

The coffee was not very good, macdonalds is much better. the size of the donuts that has shrunk safely is the last few years. Apart from that, the load was clean and the staff friendly.

I absolutely love Timmys! The food and coffee are fantastic, and don't even get me started on the doughnuts. The staff is quick and efficient, so you won't be waiting around for too long.

Visited here four or five times during my time in Summerland. Always 4 or 5 cars in Drive Thru which is expected, they are just not as quick as the Tim's i'm used to going to. On average it was a 10minute wait each time....Not what you expect from a Tim's. That wasn't the big issue for me though. Constantly out of items, muffins and Bagels, potatoes wedges. Pretty much on each visit I wasn't able to order my first choice. Plan ahead. You shouldn't be running out. I get it if it was late at night when u manage supply but all my visits were morning or lunch time. One of my visits I was given the wrong coffee.

I go almost every day to T.H. no matter where I am, to house or on the street, service is good, eating is fresh and has good taste. I never have to wait until my order is filled and I know. it will be filled as it was ordered. the prices are good as the service, the restaraunts are clean and tidey.
