The view is the same as the 345m observation deck on the same floor. I enjoyed a full course meal, one of the best I ever had so far. The view I got was exhilarating. I didn't have to wait inbetween courses too much, and even if that had been the case, I was captivated by the view I got over Tokyo, Tokyo Bay, Koto-ku and much more. If I ever get the chance, bringing a date up here will propably result in an unforgettable highlight for me and the girl I get to take out to this place, no matter what. 天気はあまり良くありませんでしたが、途中から夜景が見えるのは嬉しかったです。高所にあるレストランなので、地面よりも天候の影響を受けやすいと思います。もし夜景が見えない場合は、かなり高額な食事になってしまいますね。このお店は運に左右されると思います。でも、宿泊客の雰囲気が良かったので、お願いして良かったです。料理は美味しかったし、量も日本の海と同じようにちょうど良かったです。（コースを選びました）
