Bidrage med feedbackThe food was good. Priority was only given to the drive through, so several customers inside didn't receive orders for almost 20 minutes. The tickets were not placed on the bags, so everyone was mixed up.
Jack in the box. Smh meah plus is about the sum of that!
Only people in the store and they still managed to get our order completely wrong.
At 10:30 pm on 3/3/24 me and my family went to the drive thru to order. The woman took a few minutes to answer the headset she asked what we would like and when we started ordering she told us to ‘hold on wait a minute’ so it took a few minutes to order. I work in food industry so I am perfectly patient and understanding when it comes to being behind in fast food. But this woman had no sense of urgency or professionalism. There was only one other car in the drive thru it took 20 ish minutes for the food. We pulled up to the payment window and waited for about 10 minutes for anyone to collect our payment. While we were waiting to pay for our food we got to watch 2 men sitting in the lobby (after the lobby was supposed to be closed) the man who had his back toward the drive thru was eating and the one who we could see face to face was SMOKING A LIT CIGARETTE INSIDE THE Establishment!! I couldn’t tell if they were employees or not they didn’t have any Jack in the box attire on. It was very clear the men didn’t care . They sat in eye view of the drive thru window and made eye contact while SMOKING IN A RESTAURANT. the woman who took our order and who we gave our payment too did not care. We couldn’t tell if she was a manager because she wasn’t in uniform. You COULD tell the 2 men’s who were sitting in the lobby and the women taking and handing out our order, we’re all on drugs. We should’ve just left after we seen but we took a chance eating the food after our 8 hour trip in the car. Our 2 chicken sandwiches were fresh but the mayo was SOUR and the rest of our food was cold. We got our food at 10:45 pm and we’re having diarrhea and vomiting by 4 am. This needs to be handled, the health department needs to make a visit and the General manager and or owners need to get this store back together.
Generally when I visit this location my food is incorrect and they struggle to communicate, this time my experience was no different. My server Carolyn was clearly unhappy and not very pleasant to deal with, even over the microphone in the drive through. I ordered chicken tenders that turned out to be fried beyond any reasonable amount, the meat is extremely dry and elastic. I spent $18 dollars for an extremely unpleasant meal with an unpleasant interaction. I'm pretty disappointed.
