Firehouse Subs - Suite

Eating is good, but the service could be better. my order was missing a cookie and had pickles that I had indicated I didn't want to.

The customer service at this location misses the brand. the employees are more interested in hunting each other than working. they look like they are uninterrupted children and I'm not really sure how to explain it. a female hired person repeatedly told a male hired “you make me uncomfortable”. large changes in management are needed.

I understand, good help is hard to find, but had 2 ladies going 5 minutes without other customers ignore in the line I was there, had to ask if I could place a job. maybe just a free day than the time I had been here before I was greeted with better service.

The workers here were very friendly and got our order taken care of very quickly. I enjoy the create your own option for sandwiches for picky eaters, but my favorite is the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Try them out and you won't be disappointed!
