Subway - Suite C Montrose

I usually go to this subway every Saturday for my lunch sandwich. I've always thought it's kind of on the lame side. They never seem to have enough staff and frequently are short on typical ingredients or drinks. The last time I went in a Saturday the same worker was there. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and he left it in too long. The bread was burnt on the edges. When I asked him to redo the order he developed quite the attitude. He made no effort to display his annoyance in having to remake the sandwich. At the end I didn't tip him. I write this review knowing that the owner of this store is probably not going to give any thoughts to this. They obviously pay no attention to customer service as long as they're making a profit. Nonetheless for the record I'm getting my sandwiches from jersey mikes from now on. Bye bye subway.

On most days never had an issue at this location, always standard subway experience. However today I get the guy who is just over his job. Not listening, could care less and when he put sauce on one of my sandwich, which I told him I didn't want, it's my fault. I give this employee zero stars and this franchise over all 4 stars. Needless to say, I walked out when he said you don't need these sandwiches. Found him and whomever his co workers to be doing this business owner a huge disservice.

It is 9:50 pm and they closed the door in front of me and said we're closed which they had 10 minutes left . 1 Hispanic guy and 2 Hispanic girls working September 25,2023 .

So by far the fastest on line order fulfillment in Subway History... I ordered 2 Footlong Ham subs for the kiddos and literally was only a half mile or maybe 2 minutes tops from the store. When I parked the app showed they just recieved and were going ro start preparing the sandwiches but something said to just go in so they know i was here while the prepared the order... So when I walked in and they asked if they could help me and I let them know I had placed an online order they said my name looking amazed they handed me both sandwiches already bagged!!! Now remember I was only 2 minutes away tops when I placed the order and it was waiting for me when I walked in crazy how fast they were!!!Accuracy of the sandwiches were spot on per my kiddos and they were amazed at how fast they were also!!!So keep up the great work and if your a Subway fan this store needs to be top of your list or Home Location

Horrible customer service! The place closes at 10 pm we get there at 9:35 pm and the employee turns off the lights and locks the door on us once he sees us pull up! Ridiculous!!
