This is probably the best Drive-through I’ve ever been through, with my kids. I normally tell me kids in the car with me to act not act a certain way by the examples of how we’ve been serviced. I was served by two young gentlemen that took my payment and served my food. There were nothing but polite, respectful, and greeted me a wonderful day and to drive safe. I left with a smile, and I was very impressed, which is very rare in the food industry nowadays. It saddens me that there are many kids with little to no work ethic but today, I was inspired by a glimpse of hope. My kids were shocked and complimented that being treated right can make their day. While people call in to complain … I went out of my way to stop my car and contact the manager to let her know whatever they are doing to keep doing it. Thank you!!!!And for the two gentlemen that served me… keep that attitude up and spread that to everyone else. Positivity speaks volumes.
All digital so therefore little to no actual service. It's hard to flag anyone down if there's an error on food, you need the restroom unlocked, or have an ADA disability that makes it hard to kiosk order. With this lack of attention to the front by the staff it's a matter of time until some nefarious person installs skimmers on the kiosks to steal credit card info (or try to). Not cool. If you must order here, drive through or use the app so you can be sure the payment end is secure. But no, this isn't good service.
What to use the bathroom? I dare you to get someone to open the door for you. Want to order? Use the kiosk.
Put in an order via the app. Rude worker giving a hard time with pickup. At the wage they make now working at fast food place they should learn what customer service means.
