The Sweet Boutique Bakery - Sugar Land

I ordered the mochi donuts and cupcakes but unfortunately did not enjoy either of them.

I called to inquire about adding icing to a cake and was insulted by the person who answered the phone. They put me on hold without muting me and began mocking me for making such a simple request. I could hear every word they said, and when I called them out on it, I didn't even receive a fake apology. I decided to hang up because their rudeness and unprofessionalism were unnecessary. I have no desire to support a business that treats potential customers with such disrespect. Saying no would have been fine, but their nasty attitude was completely unacceptable to me.
