Plenty of parking for this size venue. Easy to find/access, right off of a major freeway. Cashless facility unless you're giving tips. Drinks aren't cheap so if you ballin' on a budget, be prepared. Plenty of ushers on deck to help you find your seat, restroom or concession stand. They do have a few food selections like popcorn, candy, CDB gummies and a few burgers. Alcohol, beer, frozen margaritas, CBD drinks and water sold here as well. $16 for a 24 oz draft beer....

Great experience. Went for grupo frontera 2023. The whole place is nice and modern. Restrooms on the first floor were huge and clean. Parking was a breeze as they have a system going on when departing so you're never stuck in traffic for that long. Micheladas and beer are all overpriced as expected.

Parking was great and the guys flagging you on where to park did really good. The temperature in the stadium ? was great, the only thing that really upset me was that people stand up and we the people behind can't see anything. Other than that we enjoyed the concert

Came here to see Slayer, and not only was the show great, but the venue was nice and well organized. Didn't take long to find our seats, and getting drinks and using the restrooms was a breeze. Another plus was that our Uber was already in the ride-share lane waiting for us by the time we got downstairs. It was a fantastic evening, and a lot had to do with how much I enjoyed the venue.

Let me start by thanking Henry who works for Smart Financial Center for his help in resending my tickets via email. Henry went well above and beyond to help me recover tickets that were lost on a dead cell phone.Easy parking, but know that they manipulate traffic as you come into the center, so expect cones and roads to be blocked off but it was an easy drive in and an easy drive out.The venue itself is beautiful, I can't imagine a bad seat in the house. Smart Financial Center is a great size not too big and not tiny and cramped. Sears are on the 1st floor, Box seats on the 2nd and if you have a balcony seat in the 200s that's on the 3rd floor. There are elevators on both ends of the lobby. The staff was welcoming and very helpful with questions.Now the rest will be in caps: PURSE SIZE IS 4 INCHES BY 6 INCHES. SO MANY PEOPLE HAD TO WALK BACK TO THEIR CARS TO RETURN PURSES. I FONT UNDERSTAND WHY, SINCE THEY ARE GOING TO CHECK THE 4x6 PURSE ANYWAY AND YOUR GOING TO WALK THROUGH METAL DETECTORS ANYWAY. BUT 4x6 IS THE NUMBER TO REMEMBER!Overall a great venue, great seating, awesome staff!!
