Bidrage med feedbackWe were initially seated at a stand, but when we asked to move to a regular table, the host responded rudely and threw the menus on the table. We should have left at that moment. The food was awful and greasy. There were five of us dining. Four of our plates arrived, but I was informed that they were still preparing my shrimp dish. My meal arrived 15 minutes later. The shrimp was lukewarm and had a rusty taste. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the waiter, he took it back. We also returned a lobster soup that had a strange odor and taste. The restaurant was nearly empty on a Friday night, and now we understand why. The pasta was swimming in a layer of oil. I predict this place will not last long, maybe three months.
Although the service was excellent and the menu offered a wide variety of options making it hard to choose, the food left something to be desired. The ambiance was lovely, but slightly marred by having to walk through the server station to reach our table, and the seating cushions were a bit worn out.

There were 5 of us. Four plates came out and I was told they were working on my shrimp to peel. Really? What? My meal came like 15 minutes after the other. The shrimps were warm and rusty and tasty. Said the waiter, I didn't want it anymore and he took it back. We also returned a lobster soup, which also smelled and tasted. The place was empty on a Friday night and now we know why. The pasta floated in a centimeter of oil. I'll give this place three months.
Our server Alan was excellent! He was attentive, but he didn't float. Akan made sure our oysters were not overcooked. In the past, the fried oysters were boiled, dry and the dough was very dark. Alan served our meals with the desired sauces. All dishes were delicious. We had a nice meal with wonderful service.
While the service was great, and the menu was full of options that made it difficult to decide what to get, the food was the best shortage. The ambience was beautiful, but significantly reduced by walking through the server station to get to our table, and the stand cushion is almost carried through.
