China King - Sugar Land

We're going here on weekends when a long trip is okay. Place is clean. Eating is good. The hosts can sometimes be meh... but this is nit, why in there.

WORST Customer Service? You charged $5 for yourself. We'll get you food, no one will. how hallo lady soothe most restaurants do it!. She stood right in front of our table and stared at us when we ate our food. We felt really uncomfortable. Rice were not fresh. Food is overpriced, about 60 dollars for only 3 people. Serving and quality of food was not good. Had stomach pain after eating. The cashier was really rude and would not even give her customers napkins and straws happy. Would not recommend and definitely not come here anymore!

After a long time we visited china king, but the experience was not as we had experience in past. our favorite was chicken wings hot and spicy, but not the same texture or taste. hot and acidic suppe, less ingredients than before and not delicious as was. my wife got chicken with mixed vegetables, not satisfied. He's got the same cashew nuts. only chicken lo my, mongolian beef and pad thai spicy noodles were okey. the prices rose almost 30-40 percent and the proportion of the feeds reduced them. like others they included 10% car size in the bill, also we were only 2 on the table.

I ordered food. the dame did not take my order right. I read the negative reviews about employees who are misunderstood with customers; so I was well prepared. I just ordered lo babes without sweet and no flesh. Instead, she gave me huh, when I told her that this is not what I commanded that she yelled at me and said that she did not sauce! her English was not so good; I can understand that she messed up my order. no need to shout customers, jeez! not bad customer service again!

Every time I come to this ?establishment, they are extremely rude! I sat there and observed their behavior today. I was quite saddened to see them treat the Whites different than me. This company left my sweet and sour sauce from my order, when I politely asked, my son watched this old Chinese lady come from the back and fussed at me for no reason when THEY made the mistake. I will never come back here with their racists behinds. Also, the food quality could be much better!!! Taste was very bland and just tasted like grease (ordered the sweet and sour chicken and fried rice and wonton soup). The broth for my soup taste like salt and bitterness. I?m so disappointed!
