Big ice naturally, but the employee who is considered responsible had a bad attitude

Friendly staff, large portions, great-tasting ice cream . Very popular place at all hours

One of the worst locations I have been to. Very unsanitary and unprofessional. The staff doesn't use gloves. The young cashier mopped the floor when my nieces and i came in, went behind the counter was scratching her hair and started serving usbIce cream. No wet floor signs and my lol noece fell. General Manager name is Sheila and she was super ride. Corporate was contacted.

I have to give this place a 2 star review due to the employee being so bad. She was loud and rude and with a bad attitude while serving. She didn?t have the gloves on while scooping and some ice cream got on her fingers while serving our family. And I understand why she was having an attitude- she was working alone doing many things by herself with no help on a holiday. She constantly slamming and making loud noises trying to clean and keep up with the shop, but we had to leave the shop soon after we purchased our ice cream. We didn?t have a pleasant experience here this time.

I ordered a cake online 4 days in advance, and she called me an hour before the agreed time to pick up the cake, to let me know that she would not have the cake ready because she could not make the impression I requested and when asking if she had any similar theme, the old lady told me no; she recommended to cancel the order; that cake was going to be a surprise for a loved one on his birthday and because of her lack of seriousness and commitment; It was not what was planned on that birthday. I want to give 0 stars.
