Dunkin' - Sugar Hill

Usually this is my favorite Dunkin but now they put one self serve screen at the counter and ignore you. Also, they didn't give me my water I paid for and ignored me while I was at the counter again. I wasn't being loud or rude.

Asked for just an egg and cheese i drive off and see a nasty a sausage patty on my sandwich this thing is disgusting. also heard the drive through worker talking about the lady in front of me not knowing english that well which i think is very rude

Out of all the Dunkin Donuts in the area, this is by far the most consistent one. We go here almost every morning and have not been disappointed. I do feel like they were struggling for a while to retain new employees and some had learning curves to overcome, but again, great quality on a consistent basis, and even if you have to wait a little during peak times, it's twice as fast as Starbucks on any given day.

Staff was extremely rude to my family, kiosks are new and their was no indication of help when we were confused. My uncle calmly said ?Excuse me.? and a worker told him ?i?m busy?. Overall everyone needs customer service training. Very unhappy and rude staff.

I went here 20 minutes ago and I ordered a coffee and it was wrong and very poorly made. The staff was rude and unhelpful. This Dunkin is very badly run and they clearly do not care about the customer satisfaction. There is not point in coming here when there are two perfectly good Dunkin’s 10 minutes away from here.
