Applebee's Grill - Sugar Hill

The taste of the food was horrible, the bread of my hamburger was old, the meat that we ordered came to us not cooked but burned, the fries were super bad.

I have gone to this Applebees all my life and have never had a complaint aside from tonight. Now I understand they were short staffed and the waitress was very apologetic about the wait for the food and drinks. When I received my meal I asked for extra dressing and again while waiting I was tossing it around and found a hair. The manager was a few steps away so I handed it to her told her about the hair and all she had to say was ?would you like another?. I said of course and waited. When I received the replacement meal the salad had already been tossed in dressing which instantly made me think great she pulled the hair out and gave me the salad back. I was disgusted.

I love Apple Bees way back for years, this one I in Sugar Hill GA , went to for lunch with special need patience I care for, his mother was with me. They had a special and said I could not get it because it for bar credit. I understand and say I will got to the bar and purchase it, sit there and pay out and bring it back to table to eat. They denied me to do so, I ask to speak to manager, explain I have a mental I?ll client with me he can not sit at a bar. Tried to work with them, to no avail. If I don?t take client to bar and eat I cannot have special. So therefore I humble myself and stayed at table order something else waiters as well management was very nasty to me. Because I was scared they do something to food, I just left it alone. This is not how you treat people just want to expose, actually I was the only black in the place.

Another great meal here. They are sometimes understaffed but today they had a guy taking care of the door and the whole front section who took our order without even writing anything down! He was clearly a touch uncomfortable dealing with people, but he overcame it in doing his job. Another excellent experience and the food was perfect again as well!

Went to a concert in Sugar Hill on the green. Was great! After we decided to go to Applebee's it was a fun time. Took a photo of my Tex bowl yum ????
