Dunkin' - Sugar Grove

The hot chocolate was overly diluted, and the coffee was just as disappointing. This Dunkin' really needs a representative from the franchise to address these issues! If they can’t get it right, they shouldn’t be operating.

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin'. It's unfortunate that it's the one in my town. The man at the window was quite rude, and the Everything Bagel sandwiches were stale and overcooked. They just took my last $11! Additionally, there was another time I visited on a weekend afternoon and was shocked to discover that there were no donuts available. The girl at the counter informed me that they don't make any at this location!

I ordered a maple bacon and egg bagel along with some snacking bacon. The bagel was likely three days old and felt as hard as a rock. I couldn't even take a bite! It was such a disappointment. I had to dig out the microwaved egg from the middle, which only had one slice of bacon included. For $5, that’s ridiculous! To top it off, the snacking bacon was cold as well. I will never return to this Dunkin'. This was honestly the worst food I've ever had from any Dunkin' in my life.

Beware of this place. I used to visit quite often but after they try to pass off old nasty ice tea and gave me decaffeinated coffee when I ordered regular because they were too lazy to make fresh coffee. I will be calling corporate and also healthdepartment so no one else will get sick from their products like I did. BTW I'm a ice tea junkie so I definitely know when theice tea is going bad. That ice tea i drank definitely made me sick. Even the employees told me the tea wasn't fresh. I wouldhave given this place no stars if I could. Thank God I found another dunkin donuts where everything is made fresh andowners/managers actually care about serving food/drinks that won't make their customers sick.i will never return to sugar grovedunkin donuts again.

This business has gone from Awesome to progressively and rapidly bad within the last year to a year and a half, sadly some the employees or owners that are polite and professional are next to none anymore, was waiting at the counter for about maybe 5 minsor so, when he saw me told me (didn't ask) to leave the counter and get in my car to go through the drive thru when I was theonly one inside, I mentioned that all I wanted was a cup of black coffee and he insisted I get in my car and go through thedrive thru line, so that's when I informed him as he was walking away that he just lost a customer of over 5+ years, so I wentacross the street to the gas station to get my coffee, I won't be back.
