Rising Sun - Suffolk Coastal

Definitely the worst Chinses meal I've had and, quite possibly the worst meal I've ever had. It tasted bad and looked even worse..It seemed as though that it was old food re-heated..Won't go back!

Had a spur of the moment chef's special chicken and two spring rolls. Both the latter looked grey and mushy inside unfortunately and tasted as bad as they looked. Very disappointing.

Good range of dishes, really good flavours, singapore noodles were not the best I have had but everything else was great.

Fantastic takeaway ordered for 4 tonight, all dishes excellent and fresh, lovely fresh vegetables and sauces, not gloopy like most Chinese restaurants.

We have owned a cottage in Aldeburgh for many years and have not been to the Rising Sun Chinese for years. On the recommendation of our Christmas guests we thought that we would have a lazy evening and order a Chinese meal. What a revelation! I thought that the meal would be OK but was not prepared for the quality of the food. Everything we ordered was most enjoyable, especially the Half Crispy Duck which was delicious! Thank you Rising Sun Aldeburgh for helping make our evening at home so good.
