Ordered food 1 hr late compared to advised time shocking. Food arrived cold with no apology at all will not use again.

Put an order through using just eat app for a home delivery for the family. The order was confirmed for 7.10 delivery. Finally got the food at 9.30!!! Phoned the restaurant twice, didn’t really get any answers. The food was ok however not very hot and I had to reheat. In my opinion totally unacceptable and still had to pay full price. Will be going elsewhere in future- sorry.
