Bidrage med feedbackJust don't order anything to be delivered they is only two of us so not a big order and once again missed my meal off this happened last weekend thought it was a blip obviously not ....tried to find email address to complain but obviously can't find one??? So that speaks a thousand words...will not be using again in anyway
This is the third time no food has shown up when ordering via Just Eat. McDonald's need to take responsibility for this service instead of just saying...ask for a refund via the Just Eat app. Its shocking how McDonald's in Felixstowe are happy to have their customers disappointed and angry at such a poor service. The worst thing is nothing is being done about it because they McDonalds are greedy and customer service issues are just a consequence and are ignored. McDonald's you are responsible and should be holding Just Eat to account. Stop passing the buck.
We arrived as a party of five and wondered if we would get in as we hadn 't booked a table, we stood at the door waiting to be seated but it transpired that this establishment doesn 't have a Maître De and other diners pushed past us to claim a space at one of the Formica tables. Having taken a seat we couldn 't see any waiters and so as the head of the family I made my way to the counter but was redirected by a spotty, unkempt youth to a screen to order my food!! Luckily I had my children 's nanny who has a GSCE in IT and she was volunteered to order our food. Imagine my horror upon discovering there is no wine list, tasting menu or Al a Carte on offer, just a selection of nasty cheap burgers and something called fries, all served in cardboard containers and on a plastic tray! There was no tablecloths, fabric napkins or even cutlery!! I decided to complain to the manager but was told by one of the staff that he was busy having a fag out the back, incandescent with rage I told him I would be writing to the Times to show my displeasure and promptly gathered up my family to leave. Pushing our way past the large clientele, who all appeared to be wearing ill fitting sports wear, we made our way back to the Range Rover and drove towards the exit. However the horror wasn 't over as we then found ourselves in the wrong lane and sat in a queue for something called a drive through , eventually we made it out passing a number of parked vehicles, in which people appeared to be eating! I will not be returning to this establishment and will be having a quiet word with the local mayor at our next round of golf or lodge meeting
I ordered 20 nuggets and fries at the restaurant today. The food was good overall, but I was disappointed with the new BBQ sauce. They switched from the regular sauce that I love, which I believe is the best BBQ sauce out there, to a new "smoky" BBQ dip. Although the new dip is larger, the flavor is now non-existent because it is so spicy that it lacks any taste. I think it was a big mistake for McDonald's to change the sauce. Unfortunately, as long as they continue to serve this dip, I will not be returning to the restaurant.
For the third consecutive visit, we experienced cold food, burnt buns, and missing items from our order at this restaurant. When we raised our concerns, the staff simply shrugged off our complaints.
