Texas Roadhouse - Suffolk

I recently visited this restaurant to purchase a gift card. The service was just average, and despite ordering a medium-cooked steak, I received one with burnt edges. The steak was still tasty, but not prepared how I had requested. Additionally, I noticed a neighboring table had a dirty dish and a broom nearby. When I mentioned my steak was cooked too well-done, the server did not offer to fix it, but instead said that other tables had experienced the same issue, suggesting a problem in the kitchen.

I am extremely disappointed. I wanted to eat fresh pasta late at night, and this macaroni and cheese was terrible. The only redeeming factor was the broccoli, which deserves a star on its own. I am grateful that they fulfilled my order as I was very hungry after a long day at work, but overall my night was ruined.

We were seated promptly, which indicates that they were not busy as we had to wait 45-60 minutes before. The service was terrible. The salad arrived after the main course. We had to repeatedly ask for things that should have been provided automatically, such as drink refills and utensils. The food was not hot, and when we expressed our dissatisfaction to the manager, minimal efforts were made to address it. When we requested the bill, the waiter had difficulty with it and we had to ask for the manager again. She did not take any meaningful action. Overall, it was the worst 2 hours I have ever spent at Texas Roadhouse.

The place I went on was filthy. 15 minutes too late on my order, dry ribs, no rolling, and a child meal with the supplement larger than the main part.

Clean, wait staff could be more attentive, food service could be better coordinated. Dinner side salad came out 10 min before appetizer, items attempted to be delivered to our table that had not been ordered, had to ask for drink refills ... Food was good and prepared as requested. Didn't have to wait for check.
